DevExpress Report Viewer and Designer for ASP.NET Web Forms and MVC

Use the DevExpress Web Document Viewer and End-User Report Designer to display and edit DevExpress Reports in ASP.NET Web Forms and ASP.NET MVC applications. This package implements browser-based controls that let users design, view, print, and export reports directly within ASP.NET web applications.

Included Components

• Document Viewer: Displays an interactive document preview generated from a DevExpress Report. The Document Viewer allows users to preview data, change report parameters, print, and export the resulting document.
• End-User Report Designer: Allows users to create and modify reports using a drag-and-drop interface. Supports various data source types. Includes a fully functional Document Viewer to preview and export reports.

Example 1: Hide Export Options from Tab Panel (Document Viewer)

Handle the client-side CustomizeExportOptions event and call the HideExportOptionsPanel method:

Example 2: Hide a Toolbar Command (Report Designer)

Handle the client-side CustomizeMenuActions event to customize commands at runtime. The following code snippets hide the built-in Validate Bindings toolbar command:
